GROW Collective works with businesses, community organizations, facilitators and local spaces that believe immigrant women should have more opportunities to use their skills, build confidence and participate in the local economy.
Our partnerships are practical and flexible. You can support one part of a program, contribute your expertise or help us create longer-term opportunities for participants.
Ways to partner
Provide space
Host a workshop, production session, community activity or pop-up market in an accessible and welcoming space.
Contribute materials or services
Provide supplies, printing, packaging, transportation, childcare, interpretation, food or professional services that make participation more accessible.
Refer participants
Help us connect with immigrant women who already have skills or products and are ready to explore income opportunities.
Create market opportunities
Invite participants to a market, retail space, community event or product collaboration where they can gain experience and connect with customers.
Sponsor a program
Financial support helps GROW provide hands-on training, materials and practical supports such as childcare, transportation and interpretation.
What partnership can make possible
Your support can help an immigrant woman develop and improve a product, understand her costs and price her work, build confidence communicating with customers, learn how to present and promote her work, gain real market experience and create a realistic pathway toward earning income.
Partnership recognition
Depending on the type of contribution, partners may be recognized through GROW's website, social media, program materials and community events. Participant stories or images will be shared only with their permission.
