GROW Collective

Turning skills into income. Creating pathways to grow.

GROW Collective is the social impact initiative connected to Pop.Y Event Solutions. Based in Windsor and founded by Gabi Campanaro, GROW creates practical learning, business and market opportunities for immigrant women who want to turn their existing skills and ideas into income.

We believe many women already have the talent. What is often missing is access: access to guidance, tools, community connections and a real opportunity to test the market.

From skills to real opportunities

GROW provides hands-on support designed around the realities of starting small. Participants learn by doing: developing a product, understanding costs, setting prices, building confidence, preparing for customers and gaining experience in a real pop-up market.

  • Product development and production
  • Pricing and basic financial literacy
  • Branding and presentation
  • Digital and social media skills
  • Market preparation
  • Community connections
  • Opportunities to test and sell products

Creative Pathways for Immigrant Women

Learn by making, testing and sharing.

Creative Pathways is a 12-week, hands-on program where a small group of immigrant women develop a product, build practical business skills and prepare to test their work with real customers.

Products with a purpose

GROW also creates products and collaborations that help generate revenue for its activities. When you purchase a GROW product, you help create more practical learning experiences, market opportunities and pathways to income for immigrant women in our community.

This is not about charity. It is about creating practical ways for women to use their skills, gain experience and build income.

Why community participation matters

GROW is designed as a collaborative, community-supported model. Grants can help launch and expand programs, but long-term impact cannot depend only on short-term funding. Local businesses, community organizations, sponsors, community spaces and residents all have a role to play.

Their participation can provide knowledge, space, materials, referrals, market access, purchases and paid business opportunities. This is collective investment in skills, local economic participation and a stronger Windsor-Essex community.

Partner with GROW

We welcome partnerships with organizations, businesses, facilitators and community spaces that believe in creating accessible economic opportunities for immigrant women. Partners can contribute through workshops, mentorship, market access, space, materials, referrals, sponsorship or other forms of collaboration.
