GROW Programs
Practical support to move from skills to income
GROW Collective creates hands-on learning experiences for immigrant women who want to develop skills they already have and turn them into real income opportunities.
Creative Pathways for Immigrant Women
Creative Pathways is a 12-week, hands-on program that supports immigrant women as they move from an existing skill or product idea toward a real market opportunity. The program combines practical learning, guided production and the opportunity to prepare for and participate in local markets.
2026 Acknowledgement
The 2026 pilot of Creative Pathways is supported by Libro Credit Union and hosted in partnership with CCFWEK.
What participants will explore

Who is the program for?
Creative Pathways is designed for immigrant women in Windsor who already make something or have a skill or product idea they want to develop, are interested in turning that skill into income, and are ready to participate, practise and learn with others.
You don't need to have a registered business or previous market experience. The program is for women who want practical experience, not only classroom-based learning.
Learning by doing
GROW is not a traditional business course. Participants learn by working on their own products, making decisions, solving real problems and preparing to meet customers. The goal is not to create a perfect business in 12 weeks. The goal is to help each woman take a real, supported next step toward earning income from her skills.
