Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Services
Pop Y provides corporate coffee and refreshment services as outlined in the invoice or written confirmation. Service details, including date, time, location, number of guests, and scope, must be confirmed prior to the scheduled service. Pop Y reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to ensure service quality and operational feasibility.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required to confirm and secure the booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include Stripe (credit or debit card), e-transfer, and other approved electronic methods. Services are considered confirmed only once payment has been received. Pop Y reserves the right to cancel or decline service if payment is not received.
3. Changes and Cancellations
Clients may request changes up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled service, subject to availability. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior are non-refundable. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate information including location, access instructions, parking, and contact person. Pop Y is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incomplete or incorrect information.
5. Service Area and Travel Fees
Pop Y is based in Windsor, Ontario. Services outside Windsor may be subject to additional travel and logistical fees. Pop Y reserves the right to apply additional travel or logistical fees if service conditions differ from those originally communicated.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pop Y's total liability shall be limited to the total amount paid for the service. Pop Y shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Force Majeure
Pop Y is not responsible for delays or failure due to events beyond reasonable control including weather, illness, or transportation issues.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking and submitting payment, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
